The only costs you cover are third-party essentials: hosting, monitoring, and AI-powered lead analysis. Our revenue? 5% of the sales we help you close. If you don't sell, we don't earn.

How It Works

Step 1: We Audit Your Business

We analyze your current online presence, Google Business Profile, competitors, and market opportunity. This is where we build the roadmap for your growth.

One-time setup fee: $1,000 — covers initial audit, strategy, monitoring setup, and account configuration.

Step 2: We Build Everything

Over the first month, we get to work:

• SEO optimization — on-page, technical, and local SEO to get you ranking
• Content creation — blog posts, service pages, and landing pages tailored to your industry
• Google Business Profile — fully optimized to compete for the Map Pack
• Website — if you need one, we build it after the first month once we've built a working relationship together

You pay nothing for any of this work. No design fees. No content fees. No SEO retainer.

Step 3: Leads Come In

As your rankings climb, leads start flowing — phone calls, form submissions, and messages. Every single lead is analyzed by our AI system, Despora, which filters out spam, hangup calls, empty forms, and irrelevant inquiries.

$0.50 per lead — our AI analyzes and categorizes every lead (qualified, unqualified, returning customer, marketer, etc.) so we can continuously improve your site's conversion rates and campaign performance. Spam, hangup calls, and empty forms are excluded.

Step 4: You Close, You Report, We Earn

When a lead becomes a paying customer, you report the sale through Despora. We charge 5% of that sale. That's it.

• You close a $2,000 job → we earn $100
• You close a $10,000 project → we earn $500
• You close nothing → we earn nothing

This is what makes us partners, not vendors. We don't make money unless you make money. Your growth is our growth.
