This page explains how Top Organic Leads (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses information when you visit www.toporganicleads.com, call us, or send a form. We use that information to continue the conversation you started — not to lock you into a program, a price, or a contract. Filling a form or calling is not a purchase and is not a solid agreement.
Top Organic Leads is at 333 City Blvd West Suite #1722, Orange, CA 92868, United States. (714) 868-0259 · leads@toporganicleads.com
1. Information you share with us
When you write or speak with us, you may share:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Website address
- Services you are curious about
- A message and anything else you choose to tell us
If you start the form and leave without sending it, the site may pass along what you had typed so we can follow up on a conversation you already began. You can tell us not to follow up. Hidden anti-spam fields are not used as personal information.
Calls to our published numbers may go through call-tracking we use to know that someone reached us. A recording, caller ID, and call length may be stored so we can continue that talk and keep a record of what was said. If you prefer not to be recorded, say so on the call.
2. Information collected by the site
Like most websites, we use tools to see that pages load, that forms work, and that the site stays up. That may include a simple analytics identifier in your browser, product analytics after you interact with a page, a form-health check, and ordinary hosting logs (such as IP address and browser type). The exact vendors can change as we run the site. We do not use this section to describe a paid campaign or a client contract.
If you later pay us, card details are handled by a payment processor. We do not keep full card numbers on our own servers.
3. How we use what you share
- To reply and keep talking with you
- To see whether we might be able to help — which is decided in conversation, not by this page
- To run and fix the website and forms
- To reduce spam and abuse
- To send a reply you asked for
- To follow the law
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not treat a form submission as permission to start billable work.
If we later work together, how we handle leads for your business is part of that later conversation. This policy does not set those project details.
4. Who else sees it
We share information only as needed to have the conversation and keep the site running — for example email delivery, call tracking, analytics, hosting, and (only if a payment happens) a payment processor. We may also share with professional advisors or with authorities when the law requires it.
5. Cookies
The site may store small files or similar data so pages work and so we can tell that the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser. Some measurement will then be incomplete. Anti-spam checks on the form may still run.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry notes, emails, and call records as long as we need them to continue a conversation, to remember what was discussed if you come back, or to meet a legal or tax duty. We do not commit on this page to a fixed number of days. If you want us to delete what we have from a form or call, email us and we will handle it as the law allows.
7. Security
We use HTTPS and ordinary access controls. No website is perfectly secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, or medical records through the public form.
8. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) may give you the right to know what we collected, ask for a copy, ask us to delete or correct it (subject to legal exceptions), opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising if we ever do that, and not be treated worse for asking.
Email leads@toporganicleads.com with the subject “California privacy request.” We will not make you create an account just to ask.
9. Email
If we send marketing email, you can unsubscribe in the message or on our unsubscribe page. A reply about a conversation you already started may still be sent.
10. Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. If you contact us from outside the United States
We operate in the United States. Information you send us is handled here. That may be different from the rules in your country.
12. Changes
We may update this page if how the site works changes. The “Last updated” date will change. An update here does not create a services contract and does not change anything we already confirmed with you in a separate conversation, unless we talk about that with you.
