These notes explain how to use the Top Organic Leads website. They are not a signed services contract, a quote, a reservation of a market, or a promise that we will work together.

Everything about working together is based on the talks we have with you. Nothing on this site is solid until both sides actually discuss it and agree. Price, timing, what counts as a lead, which services we run, and whether we take a project at all are decided in those conversations — not by this page, a form, a case study, or a phone call alone.

1. A form or call is a conversation, not a deal

Sending the contact form, emailing us, or calling us is only a request to talk. It does not create a contract. It does not book a campaign. It does not obligate you to pay. It does not obligate us to accept your market, industry, or website.

We may or may not be a fit. That is decided after we speak, look at your situation, and both sides say yes. Until then, nothing is locked in.

2. If we later work together, the talks control

If we do take a project, the only terms that apply to that work are the ones we discuss and confirm with you at that time (for example by call, email, or a written summary). This webpage does not set those terms and does not override them.

How we usually describe our work on this site — exclusive inbound leads, Pay-Per-Lead Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Google Business Profile (GBP) help, websites — is general information. It is not an offer. Your project may be different, smaller, larger, or not possible. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or a set number of leads.

Screenshots, reviews, and case studies are examples from specific clients and time periods. They are not a promise that your business will get the same result.

3. Using this website

You may view the site to learn about us and to start a conversation. Please do not submit false information, automated spam, or abusive messages. Please do not copy our content or case studies to run a competing service, or scrape the site in a way that harms it.

Links to Google, YouTube, client sites, or other tools are for convenience. Those sites have their own rules.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED AS-IS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will always be available or error-free.

4. Privacy

How we handle information you share while talking with us is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes

We may update these website notes. The “Last updated” date will change. Updates to this page do not change any separate arrangement we already confirmed with you in conversation, unless we talk about that change with you.
